## **Reminder about our payment system**

Please be aware that our payment system works on a prepaid basis. You need to have enough funds in your account to purchase and/or renew domains and products.

To make sure your domains and products don't expire, we recommend using the balance threshold feature. By setting a threshold, your account will be topped up automatically when the balance goes below a certain point. To turn on this feature, log in to the [control panel](https://cp.openprovider.eu/signin) and go to Account → Financial → Recurring payment.
