Each month, we discuss the five questions our support team hears the most. **.es: Domain owners in Openprovider and ESNIC are different and not syncing** This is an owner contact update (trade).**.es**trades are done by following a special process directly at the registry. | **.dk: Nameservers are not updated from Openprovider to the Whois** The domain owner must perform any updates directly at the [registry’s self-service portal](https://self-service.dk-hostmaster.dk/domain). | **.nl: contacts or nameservers are not updated after a transfer** If you notice that the nameservers or the contacts are not correctly updated after a transfer, the update was not accepted by SIDN due to missing or wrong data, such as an invalid phone number. Make sure to correct the data in the used handles before processing a domain sync or update. | **.ru: Owner is not updating** A**.ru**domain trade must be done via a trade operation and cannot be updated directly on the domain page. Take a look at [this article](https://openprovider.help/books/domains/page/ru)(under the “Update” tab) for the requirements and links to the application forms. |
| **.it: How long does it take to complete the registration of a .it domain?** The registry will send a confirmation email to the registrant, which has to be confirmed within 14 days. If not, the registration request will fail. This email can not be resent. Click [here ](https://openprovider.help/books/domains/page/it)for more information. |
| On July 1, 2025, ICANN will increase its transaction-based fee from $0.18 to $0.20. This fee applies to all gTLD domain transactions involving creates, renewals, and transfers, and will affect domains sold both via Openprovider's direct accreditations and third-party suppliers.
