# .ua

Currently, it is not possible to register a .ua domain through the RCP, please send us an email to <support@openprovider.com> with the following information.

- Contact Handle : Owner, Admin and Technical
- 2 Nameservers
- Trademark Number (valid on UA)
- A trademark valid / issued on UA

We will proceed to register the domain manually.

**Tip :** As an alternative, you can register a *.com.ua* without any trademark required!

Successful domain transfer requires:

- authorisation code

### Procedure

Transfer will be auto-approved after **5 days** unless the current registrar explicitly approves or rejects the outgoing transfer.

In case of explicit approval, the transfer is finished immediately.

In order to transfer out your .ua domain, you will need an Auth Code which is not obtainable through the Control Panel.  
Please send us an email on <support@openprovider.com> requesting the same.

Once you have an Auth Code and you have initiated a transfer at the new registrar, the transfer needs to be approved manually by us, please revert back to us on the same email where you have requested the Auth Code of the domain.

- Domains under a second level, like .com.ua, are not restricted.
