Registration Successful domain registration via RCP or XML API or REST API requires: two or more nameservers or a nameserver group Registrant contact require: Address within the EU, EEC or EE Trustee service applied automatically, if registrant contact isn't located in EU, EEC or EE For private individual Passport or ID number For companies Company registration number NOTE: Registration process is not realtime - can take up to 1-4 business days. If the Trustee service is chosen for the domain, the registration might take up to 4 business days as it has to be approved by the trustee first and only after that it will be forwarded for the registration. Transfer Domain transfer can be requested via RCP or XML API or REST API The transfer of a .sk domain without the usage of the trustee is a realtime process. However, the transfer of a .sk domain using the trustee service is changed to a non-realtime process. The transfer request is initiated directly at the registry, but with reservations. The transfer is only completed after the successful manual verification by the trustee provider. A contact update is not possible through the transfer. Regarding transfers with trustee service, at least the owner contact must be specified for the transfer. Soft quarantine period: n/a days During this period, following after an expiration, the domain can be restored for free. This period does not apply if the domain is deleted explicitly. More info. Quarantine period: 38 days During this period, an expired or deleted domain name can be reactivated at an additional fee.
