### Owner change (trade)

- Ensure that the registrant's e-mail address is working and someone is reading it
- Send us the details of the required change
- We will schedule a date and time with you to process the change; at this date and time, both we, you and the domain holder should be available by phone
- At the chosen date/time, we will initiate the change
- The registry will send a unique, one-time code to the registrant
- We must get this code from the registrant within 5 minutes
- We provide the code to the registry again
- If the code is correct, the change can be completed

### Other update
