# Escalation procedure - External transfer from quarantine | Available for .nl and .be

The Registry for .nl (SIDN) and the Registry for .be (DNSBelgium) offer the option to transfer and restore a domain which is currently in quarantine at a different registrar.

This has been implemented in the RCP for **.be** domains.
This is a manual process via the support department for **.nl** domains - <support@openprovider.com>

The costs for the transfer + restore is € 75 (per domain, excl VAT)
