Order a TMCH transfer with the following steps:

- <span>If you have the **SMD-file** at hand, upload that to the </span>[transfer page](https://secure.trademark-clearinghouse.com/tmch/public/inittransfer)<span> of the TMCH. The e-mail address linked to the TMCH order will receive an e-mail with an authorization code now.</span>
- <span>If you do not have the SMD-file at hand and you've applied for the TMCH order with **another TMCH agent**, ask that TMCH agent to send the code to the e-mail address linked to the TMCH order.</span>
